7. Returns and Refunds
- Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for products that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
- Due to the nature of our products (adult toys), we do not accept returns for change of mind unless required by law. All returns are subject to hygiene and safety considerations and must be sealed and unopened where applicable.

- If a refund is approved, it will be processed via Stripe to your original payment method within 7 business days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or not as described.
