Drying, cleaning and smell: a simple routine
Damp toys can smell and collect bacteria. A short routine of cleaning, drying and airing keeps a toy fresh between uses.

Moisture left on a toy is the most common cause of odour. A short, consistent routine stops problems before they start.
Dry completely
Pat dry with a clean towel and leave the toy to air for a few minutes before storing it in a sealed pouch.
If it smells
A lingering smell can mean the material is porous. Wash again with mild soap, and if the smell remains, stop using the toy.
