Order Tracking

Vibe On ("we", "us", or "our") operates an online eCommerce store at https://vibeon.com.au ("Website") selling adult toys and related products. This Order Tracking Policy outlines how you can monitor the status and delivery of your order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Order Confirmation

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an immediate order confirmation email containing your order number and a summary of your purchase.
  • If you do not receive this email within 5 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@vibeon.com.au.

2. Order Status Updates

  • Your order status can be viewed at any time by logging into your Vibe On account and navigating to “My Orders”.
  • Statuses include:
    • Processing: Payment confirmed and order is being prepared.
    • Dispatched: Order has left our warehouse.
    • In Transit: With Australia Post and en route to you.
    • Delivered: Successfully delivered to your address or P.O. box.

3. Tracking Number

  • Once your order is dispatched (typically same business day for orders placed before 1pm AEDT/AEST), a tracking number will be automatically added to your order in “My Orders”.
  • You will also receive a dispatch confirmation email containing the tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel.
  • Tracking is provided via Australia Post Express Post and updates in real time.

4. How to Track Your Order

  • Via Website: Log in → “My Orders” → Click the tracking number next to your order.
  • Directly with Australia Post: Visit auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search and enter your tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Orders are dispatched from our Sydney or Melbourne warehouses via Australia Post Express Post.
  • Typical delivery: 1–3 business days to metropolitan areas; 3–7 business days to regional or remote locations.
  • These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to public holidays, high volume, or postal service issues.

6. Delayed or Missing Tracking Updates

  • If no tracking updates appear after 48 hours from dispatch, or if delivery is overdue by more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@vibeon.com.au.
  • We will investigate with Australia Post and provide resolution (e.g., replacement or refund if confirmed lost).

7. Delivery Confirmation

  • Most parcels do not require a signature and may be left in a safe location (e.g., front porch, parcel locker).
  • If no safe location is available, Australia Post will leave a collection card for pickup at your local Post Office.
  • We are not liable for loss or theft after delivery is recorded as complete.

8. Incorrect or Failed Delivery

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout (including unit/apartment number and P.O. box details).
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
  • Contact us immediately if you believe your order was misdelivered.
