How reviews work
Updated 5 October 2026
Every review that meets our guidelines goes live. We don't edit the words of a review, and we don't hide one because it is critical.
Who can review
Reviews come from people who have bought the product from us.
What we check
We check that a review is about the product it is posted under, and that it doesn't contain personal details or abuse.
Incentivised reviews
If a reviewer received a product, a discount or anything else in return for a review, the review is labelled as incentivised.
